No refunds are available once a digital purchase has been completed and access has been granted. All sales of digital content are final.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact support and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — CUSTOM ORDERS

Submitting a custom request is free and places no charge — it is a request to commission content, not a purchase.
If your request is accepted, you'll be given an expected production window. Payment is only collected when production is scheduled to begin, and your content is delivered within 3 business days of that payment.
Cancellations can be made any time before payment, at no cost. Once payment is taken, production begins and the sale is final — no refunds.

HOW CUSTOM COMMISSIONS WORK

Custom content is made to order, so it's scheduled, not instant. Here's the process: you submit a request (free, no charge) → if accepted, I'll confirm an expected production window → when your slot comes up I'll send a payment link → once payment is confirmed, your content is delivered within 3 business days. The booking window shown on each option is the typical scheduling lead time — it is not the delivery time.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY — MERCH

Dispatch: All merch orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email once your order has shipped.
Cancellations: You may cancel a merch order at any time before it has been dispatched for shipping. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds: Refunds are available on merch orders prior to dispatch. Once an item has shipped, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis — please contact support within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact support to initiate a return request.
