Complaints &
Content Removal
How to report content, what we do about it, and your right to appeal.
Section 1
What You Can Report
We take all complaints seriously. You may report any content on this website that you believe:
- Is illegal under UK, US, or applicable international law
- Depicts or involves a person who appears to be under 18 years of age
- Was obtained through coercion, force, fraud, or human trafficking
- Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or was produced or published without the full and freely given consent of every person depicted
- Features a person who has since withdrawn their consent to the content being published or distributed
- Infringes third-party copyright or intellectual property rights
- Involves exploitation, modern slavery, or trafficking-related conduct contrary to the Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Otherwise violates our content standards or applicable platform rules
You do not need to create an account or be a subscriber to submit a complaint or removal request.
Your Rights — Persons Depicted in Content
Right to Request Removal of Content Featuring You
If you are a person depicted in any content published on this website, you have the right to request its removal at any time — regardless of whether you previously gave consent.
- You may submit a removal request by emailing complaints@scarlettstclaire.com with the subject line "Depicted Person Removal Request", identifying the content concerned.
- You do not need to justify your request or prove that consent was absent — a request from a depicted person will automatically trigger a full review of the consent records held for that content.
- Content will be removed where our investigation determines that consent was not given, was obtained under duress or fraud, has since been withdrawn, or is void under applicable law (including UK law and the law of any jurisdiction in which you are ordinarily resident).
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and issue a decision within 5 business days.
- You have the right to appeal any decision — see the Appeals section below. If our internal appeal does not resolve your concern, you may escalate to a neutral third-party body as described in that section.
Section 2
How to Submit a Report
Reports may be submitted by any of the following methods. Please include as much detail as possible — the URL or description of the specific content, the reason for your report, and your contact email so we can respond to you.
Include the page URL or content description, your reason for reporting, and the best email address to reach you.
You may also submit a content removal request directly via our payment processor's official complaints form. This form is monitored independently and handled in accordance with their content standards.

Acknowledgement — within 1 business day
We will acknowledge receipt of your report by email and provide a reference number for your complaint.
Initial Assessment — within 2 business days
The reported content is reviewed against our content standards and applicable law. Where content may be unlawful or poses an urgent risk, it may be temporarily restricted or removed pending full investigation.
Investigation — within 5 business days
A full review is completed, including assessment of age-verification records, consent records, and any additional evidence where applicable.
Decision & Notification
We will communicate our decision to you by email, including the outcome and the reasons for it, and information on how to appeal if applicable.
Section 4
Appeals Process
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a review, you have the right to appeal the decision.
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original decision notification
- Submit your appeal by email to complaints@scarlettstclaire.com with the subject line "Appeal — [your reference number]"
- Please state clearly why you believe the decision was incorrect and include any additional evidence you wish us to consider
- Appeals are reviewed by a senior reviewer who was not involved in the original decision
- A final decision on your appeal will be issued within five (5) business days of receipt of your appeal
Section 5
Potential Outcomes
Depending on the nature and findings of the review, one or more of the following outcomes may apply:
Content Removal
Content is permanently removed from the site where it is found to violate our standards or applicable law.
Temporary Restriction
Content is restricted or access-gated pending full investigation, particularly where an urgent risk is identified.
Account Action
Where a serious violation is confirmed, associated account access may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Law Enforcement Referral
Where content may constitute a criminal offence, the matter will be referred to the National Crime Agency or relevant authorities without delay.
No Action
Where the reported content does not violate our standards or applicable law following review, no action will be taken and you will be informed of the reasons.
Third-Party Referral
Where appropriate, reports may be referred to specialist bodies such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) or the National Referral Mechanism.
